Lucknow: The Sahodaya Schools’ Complex, Lucknow organised a grand felicitation ceremony to honour the meritorious CBSE Class X and Class XII Board Examination 2026 toppers. Held under the leadership of Dr. Jawaid Alam Khan, Chairman, Sahodaya Schools’ Complex, Lucknow, the event brought together eminent dignitaries, principals, educators, students, and parents in a celebration of academic excellence and holistic development.
The programme commenced with the arrival of the distinguished dignitaries, followed by the traditional Lamp Lighting Ceremony. Dr. Jawaid Alam Khan then delivered the inaugural address.
The event was graced by Chief Guest Asim Arun, Minister of Social Welfare, Government of Uttar Pradesh, whose inspiring address motivated students to become responsible citizens and contribute meaningfully to society. Shri Sudhir Halwasiya, Managing Director of the Halwasiya Group and State Vice President, BJP, attended the ceremony as the Guest of Honour.
The ceremony was compered by Richa Khanna and Dr. Rina Pathak, who conducted the programme with warmth and elegance, ensuring a smooth flow throughout the event.
The cultural segment added vibrancy to the occasion. A mesmerising Divine Dance dedicated to Lord Krishna by the students of Navyug Radiants captivated the audience, while the patriotic presentation “Mitti Ke Bete” by the students of Lucknow Public Collegiate evoked immense pride and emotion. The melodious Sahodaya Song, presented by the students of Pioneer Montessori Inter College, Seth M.R. Jaipuria School, and Children’s Academy College, beautifully reflected the unity and collaborative spirit of the Sahodaya family.
A major highlight of the event was the felicitation of the outstanding CBSE Class X and Class XII Board Examination 2026 toppers for their remarkable academic achievements. The occasion also marked the launch of the Sahodaya Magazine, showcasing the achievements and best practices of the member schools. Edited by Dr. Rina Pathak, the magazine was formally presented to the Chief Guest.
The event was successfully organised under the guidance of the Sahodaya Core Committee, comprising B. Singh (Secretary, Sahodaya), Dr. Prerna Mitra (Joint Secretary), Sharmila Singh, Poonam Gautam, Shifalika Misra, Ms. Hema Kalakoti, and Avni Kamal, whose dedicated efforts ensured the seamless execution and grand success of the ceremony.
